Q: What is ILO?

A: ILO is for Initial Liquidity Offering. SakeSwap ILO is an innovative fundraising method that creates AMM liquidity pools directly for projects and investors.

Q: Who can join ILO?

A: Now there are two Access types which are Public and SAKE Holder Exclusive. Everyone can join the Public projects.

Q: Which token can I use to pay during ILO?

A: During the ILO, investors can provide liquidity in ETH/ WBTC/ USDT/ USDC/ DAI.

Q: What‘s the advantage if I hold SAKE?

A: Some projects are exclusive for SAKE holders.

Q: How many SAKE tokens should I hold to join SAKE Holder Exclusive projects?

A: It depends. The project owner can set the min. holding amount when submitting the ILO. Please check each project information page carefully.

Q: How can I earn SAKE?

Q: Any locked period for ILO?

A: It depends. The project owner can set different LP lock periods and unlock frequency when submitting the ILO. Please check each project information page carefully.

Q: Can I join if I don’t have MetaMask?

A: SakeSwap supports MetaMask, WalletConnet, Coinbase Wallet, Fortmaic, Portis and Imtoken. Please note that SakeSwap is a DEX which means CEX wallet addresses are not applicable.

Q: What happens if my transaction (TX) is rejected when joining ILO?

A: You will be refunded if the transaction is rejected. Please note the GAS fee is non-refundable which is the rule of Ethereum network.

Q: When can I receive the project token?

A: Timeline is clearly displayed on each project page.

Q: What can I do if I don’t receive the project token after the distribution date?

Q: How to create a ILO project?

A: Project core team is welcome to submit the project on SakeSwap ILO page. And users are welcome to refer ILO projects to earn SAKE rewards.

Q: What’s the ILO requirements?

A: Good projects. We don’t have any hard requirements. In general, we like projects with a proven team, useful product or MVP, and large user base.

Q: Why should we choose SakeSwap as the project launch platform?

A: The design of ILO can help decentralized projects easily raise and exchange capital in public. If the funding requirements are met within the specified timeframe, a Project Token/ Raised Token AMM pool will be created on SakeSwap which means the Project Token will be tradable immediately. In the meantime, Project and investors will receive a certain amount of LP token as the proof of liquidity providing.
